Douglas Seabrook was the longest serving chairman of judges at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show, he adjudicated over the most memorable vintages for thirty years and held a passion for great Riesling. From a single superb site at Springton in the Adelaide Hills, an exceptional sixty year old vineyard which lies in a secluded valley and ripens much later than most other sites on the surrounding hills.
